Zoopla are famous for being the best property portal to check house prices. But they know that the real value of a home isn't just financial, it's emotional too.
‘We know what a home is really worth’ brand platform was developed. It’s been running since 2019 and has led to a number of key campaigns that show what sets Zoopla apart,and bring to life their deep understanding of all that comes with buying and selling a home.
This campaign for the brand featured happy homeowners and brought to life the emotional connection they had with their new pad.
Whether it's because of an extra bedroom so the kids don't have to share anymore, the all-important second loo, or a space of your own so your parents no longer hear you… moving furniture… at night.
Billy & Dylan TVC
For Billy, a new home means no longer having to share a bedroom with younger brother Dylan.
Picture Frame TVC
For Tia and Jake, finding a home within their budget really made them scream for pure joy.
Power Tools TVC
We know what a home is really worth. For Alex, that means being able to do exactly what she wants to make the place hers, however much work it takes.


Kitchen Master Image
With the first launch for Zoopla a lot of the shoot required extensive retouch in order for the imagery to be used in the desired formats.
Using additional imagery from the shoot allowed for the extension of the images.

Cat Master Image
With the first launch for Zoopla a lot of the shoot required extensive retouch in order for the imagery to be used in the desired formats.
The big issue with this retouch was the image extension. As there were no wider shots these had to be created from the one selected.


Toilet Master Image

This retouch was fairly light compared to the rest. Simply making the lighting look natural was the real issue.


Bedroom Master Image
With the first launch for Zoopla a lot of the shoot required extensive retouch in order for the imagery to be used in the desired formats.
The extension of the bedsheet proved to be a challenge as there was only one shot available.


Friends Master Image
With the second launch for Zoopla a lot of the shoot required extensive retouch in order for the imagery to be used in the desired formats.
This retouch was very straight forward and only required the selected shot to be used for all the retouching.


Mr Snuffles Master Image
With the second launch for Zoopla a lot of the shoot required extensive retouch in order for the imagery to be used in the desired formats.
Additional shots were used from the shoot which proved valuable when cleaning the garden area.


Neighbours Master Image
With the second launch for Zoopla a lot of the shoot required extensive retouch in order for the imagery to be used in the desired formats.
Additional shots from the shoot allowed for the extension and removal of certain assets in the retouch.

These master images were then used to create a range of portrait layouts for print and digital. Using the vibrant colour scheme and type layout, these created an eye-catching campaign.
